Paradise Mountains Resort

A primer on land inheritance maintenance

Gentlemen & Ladies:

Medyo maselan ang bagay na ito. I have outlined here some major points:

1. Arrears Ng lupa might be huge now since when na last time someone paid the Real Estate tax
2. Identify how much na:
2.1 tax dues to-date
2.2 how large the land is
2.3 how about the last will of Lolo - how much how big the hatian with the children. We have to respect this.
2.4 how about the current land owning of the family there - Solomon(+) n family, Beth & family, Roger & family, mom of Emily & family, who else?
2.5 to those in Manila - Jaime, Jun, Lenie, & Beddie(+) - are they still have the right to own a portion of land there? Perhaps not that huge but definitely not larger than that of the families since 1970s are there.

3. Does the land have the Title after LOLO's last will?
4. Is there any risk of any NPA disruptive occupation?
5. How much to pay the local govt there
Considering there's this inheritance tax like the case of daughter of Helen Vela, Princess Punzalan, who paid huge amount of inheritance tax just to be the heiress. Sigh.

The above are some of the essentials one needs to consider.

Maganda ang bayan natin. Meron resources talaga at naisip ko nga why SG who has none at all but 1st world.
Maganda ang pag salvage sa inherited land. But the things remain untouched still remains to date that way I think.

Hence, those are essentials.

I'm aiming not to be a show stopper here. I won't let you stop your creative minds on tackling this land of Araña. All of us here reading this case.

Malay mo when anyone of us get richer and richer through business and about, eh mabili na Nya ang double digit number hectare doon as Bulod. And Ma-retain ang pagigging pagka-Araña ng lupa. But it will be on his or her own name na. Dapat di ba?

Just my two cents.
